Mission of the organization

To bring about positive change in ensuring human rights, justice and good governance with the aim of empowering the backward and marginalized people.

Steps to achieve the mission of the organization:

  1. To create opportunities for institutional education for poor women, children and people with disabilities.
  2. To ensure accessibility of all groups of people, including people with disabilities, to state services.
  3. To ensure the participation of women in local resource management.
  4. To create accessibility of the backward people to local and national power structures.
  5. To consider the issue of environmental protection in all development plans.
  6. To ensure the participation of the masses in development activities.
  7. To establish a non-discriminatory social system through social awareness.
  8. To motivate the people to implement the public welfare work of the government.
  9. To establish a network with like-minded development organizations.
  10. To take steps based on the rights and cooperation of people with disabilities.
  11. To provide healthcare/medical services to underprivileged women.
  12. To establish income-generating activities, agricultural farms, social businesses for the sustainability of the organization.
  13. To provide sewage disposal and safe (arsenic, iron and salt free) drinking water.
  14. To provide support for the inclusion of women, youth and people with disabilities in local government structures.
  15. To celebrate national and international days for the establishment of human rights and good governance.
  16. To establish housing centers for elderly and helpless women, men and people with disabilities.
  17. To create public awareness on safe motherhood, nutrition education, family planning, EPI, HIV/AIDS prevention.
  18. To take initiatives to protect biodiversity and increase awareness.
  19. To create public awareness on public health and prevention of food adulteration.
  20. To provide training on skill development for women.
  21. Support in conducting income-generating activities for the socio-economic development of poor people, especially women.
  22. Conduct activities to prevent human trafficking.
  23. Help in land reform and establishing rights of landless people to private land.
  24. Increase social awareness to protect the world heritage Sundarbans.
  25. Establish and manage a general library.
  26. Work on social forestry and establishment of nurseries.
  27. Work on sports and mental recreation, youth clubs, public centers, and community centers.
  28. Involve people of all levels, including the disabled, in disaster management and relief and rehabilitation activities.
  29. Work against tobacco and drugs.
  30. Work to raise awareness to prevent child marriage, polygamy and dowry.
  31. Establish the rights of abandoned children, the rights of women workers, including the prevention of child labor.
  32. Work to reduce salinity and waterlogging.
  33. Work on voter awareness and election monitoring.
  34. Arrange for mediation in cases of violence against women and provide legal assistance if necessary.
  35. Take action to reduce risks due to climate change.
  36. Establish research demonstration farms.
  37. Work on census, birth and death registration.
  38. Conduct corrective activities for juvenile delinquency.
  39. Arrange for savings projects and assistance among members of the organization.
  40. Launch primary education, sub-formal, pre-primary education and mass education programs.
  41. Take all kinds of steps for research and development on Harijan, Dalit, Veda, Hijra and small ethnic groups.
  42. Inclusion of all levels of people, including youth and disabled people, in digital activities.
